- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the back of a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Drape each wonton wrapper over the inverted muffin cups, press to form a taco shape, and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger into the skillet with the chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well-coated.
- Combine coleslaw mix, chopped green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Fill baked wonton shells with the chicken mixture and top with slaw.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
