- Begin by boiling water to prepare 1/2 cup of chamomile tea. Pour the hot water over high-quality chamomile tea leaves or bags and let it steep for about 5–7 minutes. Once brewed, remove the tea bag or strain the leaves, then allow the tea to cool down to room temperature.
- While the chamomile tea is cooling, select a ripe banana with brown spots for maximum sweetness. Peel the banana and break it into smaller chunks to ensure even blending.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, the banana chunks, a tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 cup of milk (or your preferred milk alternative). For an ice-cold treat, add a handful of ice cubes.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend the mixture on high speed for about 30–45 seconds. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides until you achieve a smooth texture.
