  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil Make sure it’s melted before blending.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust according to your taste preference.
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk Alternatives like almond or oat milk can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Spirulina Optional; omit if sensitive to its flavor.

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients. If using fresh blueberries, rinse them thoroughly under cool water.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the blueberries, ground flaxseeds, cacao powder, and ice.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk as your creamy base for the smoothie. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. While blending, slowly drizzle the melted coconut oil into the mixture for emulsification.
  5. Turn the blender off and check the consistency. Add a splash more coconut milk if too thick and blend again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish if desired. Enjoy immediately!
