Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and Dry the Blueberries by rinsing the fresh blueberries under cold running water for about 30 seconds. Gently pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Slice the Peaches by washing your ripe peaches thoroughly under cool tap water and then slicing them into wedges, discarding the pit.
  3. Combine the Fruits in the mixing bowl containing the peach wedges, adding the dried blueberries and gently folding them together.
  4. Add Crumbled Feta by crumbling the feta cheese over the mixed fruits and gently tossing to integrate it without breaking it too much.
  5. Incorporate the Mixed Greens by adding a generous handful of mixed greens to the bowl and tossing everything together lightly.
  6. Prepare the Red Onion by chopping it finely and soaking in cold water for 5 minutes if a milder taste is desired, then adding it to the salad.
  7. Add the Walnuts by roughly chopping them and sprinkling over the assembled salad, gently stirring to incorporate.
  8. Whisk the Dressing together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  9. Drizzle and Toss by drizzling the dressing over the salad and using a large spoon to gently toss until well-coated.
  10. Adjust and Serve by tasting the salad and adjusting seasoning if needed, then serving immediately or chilling for up to an hour.
