  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios Any Cheerios variety works as a substitute.
  • 4 cups Kettle corn Regular popcorn can be swapped for a neutral taste.
  • 2 cups Crispy chow mein noodles Thin varieties are preferred.
For the Coating
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips Almond bark or candy melts can be used instead.
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar No substitutions needed.
For the Fun Elements
  • 1 cup Bunny graham crackers Mini Nilla Wafers or chopped graham crackers are great substitutes.
  • 1 cup Pastel Easter M&Ms Any pastel candies can be used as alternatives.
  • 1 cup Easter sprinkles Various types can be used depending on preference.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Prepare the baking sheet by preheating your oven to 200°F (93°C) and lining a 12"x18" baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: Rice Chex cereal, Honey Nut Cheerios, kettle corn, and crispy chow mein noodles.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating for 1 minute, then in 30-second increments until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the dry snack mixture and fold gently until coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  6. Break the mixture into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar for added sweetness.
  7. Gently fold in the bunny graham crackers, pastel M&Ms, and Easter sprinkles before serving.
