Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then rub both sides with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Let sit while you heat the skillet.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes. Carefully place salmon fillets skin-side up, searing for about 3 minutes until golden.
  3. Gently flip the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for another 2 minutes until the skin is crispy and the salmon is tender.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Mix in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic; simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey-butter sauce over the salmon in the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
