Preparation Steps
- Wash a large cucumber under cold water, then slice it into thin rounds.
- Cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and dice it.
- Chop the green onions, using both white and green parts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, imitation crab, avocado, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
