  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder paprika and cayenne as substitutes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt sea salt may also be used
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Parsley/Cilantro optional garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Place the trout skin-side down on the sheet and brush the marinade over the fish evenly.
  4. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque.
  5. Remove from the oven, let rest for a couple of minutes, and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
