- Begin by opening your can of jellied cranberry sauce, and slice it into approximately ½-inch thick rounds. Arrange these cranberry rounds on a lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet with cranberry rounds in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with optional coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each cranberry round into the melted chocolate using a fork, fully coating them before letting excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
