  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is best for vibrant flavor
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar Can be replaced with honey or agave syrup
  • 2 cups Ice Crushed ice works wonders for a smooth finish
  • 1 slice Lime Slice (garnish) Optional for presentation

Method
 

  1. In a blender, pour in the coconut milk, followed by freshly squeezed lime juice and white sugar. Add a generous amount of crushed ice.
  2. Blend all the ingredients on high speed for about 30 to 60 seconds, or until you reach a smooth and slushy consistency.
  3. Once blended, pour it into chilled glasses and garnish each with a fresh lime slice. Serve immediately.
