Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Chop the steamed broccoli into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. In the bowl, add cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, melted butter, beaten eggs, chopped onions, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Gently fold in ¾ cup of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Coat an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  7. Pour the broccoli mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crushed Ritz crackers over the top.
  9. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
