- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until translucent and fragrant.
- Spread beef mixture across the bottom of the baking dish. Layer sliced potatoes evenly over the beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
