Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Layer the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic over the chicken.

  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours.
  6. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  7. Return shredded chicken to the pot; add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until combined.
  8. Incorporate tortellini and spinach; cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
