- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Mix vigorously for about 1 minute until smooth and fully combined.
- In a large bowl, add chopped cooked chicken breast, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and sliced green onions. Use a spatula to gently toss the ingredients together until evenly distributed.
- Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and gently fold the mixture using a spatula for about 30 seconds.
- Cover the mixed salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve on a platter or in individual bowls.
