Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut your pumpkin into small cubes, around 1-inch in size, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until well-coated. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for about 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Transfer the cooked pumpkin to a large mixing bowl. Add the gnocchi, cream, cheese, sage, and chopped pecans. Gently mix until everything is well-coated.
  3. If needed, preheat the air fryer again. Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading out evenly. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
  4. Check for a golden brown top after 15 minutes; if needed, add an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm, garnished with extra sage and pecans if desired.
