Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Wash and chop the broccoli into small pieces and finely dice the red onion.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine cooled pasta and dressing in a large bowl, stirring gently.
