- In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats and chia seeds, and sprinkle in chai spice blend. Whisk until evenly combined.
- Add Greek yogurt, milk, and pure maple syrup to the oat mixture. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mixture into 3 airtight containers. Leave a little space at the top for expansion.
- Place the filled containers in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- In the morning, remove the lids and top with your favorite nut butter, granola, or fresh fruits.
