Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats and chia seeds, and sprinkle in chai spice blend. Whisk until evenly combined.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, milk, and pure maple syrup to the oat mixture. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the mixture into 3 airtight containers. Leave a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Place the filled containers in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. In the morning, remove the lids and top with your favorite nut butter, granola, or fresh fruits.
