  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Can use fresh onions if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and reposition the oven rack to the center.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella, and half the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and optional crushed red pepper flakes, mixing well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then cook the mixed ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil and spoon the mixture into the dish evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley.
