Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into ¼ inch rounds.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme until fully combined.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced zucchini and yellow squash, followed by half of the cream mixture and half of the cheeses.

  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly across the top of your assembled gratin.
