  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

  3. Pat the cod fillets dry using paper towels.
  4. Dredge each fillet in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with canola oil and place the coated fillets in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes, then carefully flip each fillet and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
