Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook 2 cups of pasta until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Once done, let the pasta chips cool slightly, garnish with parmesan and serve with dips like marinara or pesto.
