Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and peeling your potatoes, cut them into even-sized fries, roughly 1/4 inch thick, and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. After soaking, drain and pat dry the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the fries in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. In the final 2 minutes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the fries and close to melt slightly.
  5. Remove from air fryer once golden and melted; serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
