Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish. Lay wonton wrappers over the dish, forming taco shapes.
  2. Bake wonton wrappers for about 7-8 minutes until firm but not browned. Remove and gently pull apart while still pliable.
  3. Return wonton shells to the oven and bake for another 7-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, mix diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken mixture for about 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Toss until well-coated.
  7. Fill crispy wonton shells with chicken mixture and top with slaw. Drizzle sweet chili sauce on top.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!
