Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray or brush wonton wrappers with oil and drape them over the cups of a baking dish.
  3. Bake wontons for 7-8 minutes until they start to set.
  4. Pull apart wonton shells and bake for an additional 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine diced chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Sauté chicken mixture in a skillet over high heat for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Prepare slaw by combining coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
  8. Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture and top with slaw.
  9. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
