  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Set up a coating station with three shallow bowls: one for flour, one for whisked eggs and milk, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each mozzarella stick in flour, dip into the egg mixture, and roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat for extra crunch.
  3. Arrange breaded sticks on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  4. For frying, heat oil to 350°F and fry sticks for 2-3 minutes until golden. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. For air frying, set air fryer to 390°F and cook for 5-6 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with marinara sauce.
