Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a lightly oiled baking sheet.

- Slice the tofu into slabs about 1/2 inch thick, marinating them in tamari and lemon juice for at least 10 minutes.

- Set up three bowls: cornstarch, milk mixed with vinegar, and a combination of panko breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, herbs, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

- Coat each tofu slab in cornstarch, then dip into the milk mixture, followed by pressing into the breadcrumb mixture.

- Arrange the tofu slabs on the baking sheet and spray lightly with oil. Bake for 15 minutes until golden underneath.

- Flip the tofu and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

- Allow the tofu to cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite dips.

Notes
For best results, use super firm tofu and consider marinating for longer for deeper flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in an air fryer for restored crunch.
