- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and allow it to warm until shimmering.
- Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned.
- Stir in green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese over the mixture, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 2 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat. Divide the filling among tortillas and add any extra toppings.
- Heat a clean skillet and grill the wraps seam-side down for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Let them rest for a minute, slice diagonally and serve warm.
