  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Swap with gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; try nutritional yeast for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used as a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil Fresh basil is a good alternative
  • to taste Olive Oil Spray For spraying the ravioli

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Set up an assembly line with ravioli, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. If using frozen ravioli, thaw and pat dry to help the coating stick.
  4. Dip each ravioli into the beaten eggs, letting excess drip off.
  5. Roll each egg-coated ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  6. Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray with olive oil.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden-brown.
  8. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
