  2. Fry the Tofu: Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry tofu cubes for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  3. Make Teriyaki Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
  4. Cook the Rice: In a pot, bring vegetable broth and salt to a boil, add brown rice, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  5. Assemble the Stack: In bowls, layer warm brown rice, avocado slices, crispy tofu, and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for added flavor and presentation.
