Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Chicken Bites
  1. Heat the oil in a deep skillet until it’s about 2 inches deep and reaches 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces about 1 to 2 inches.
  3. Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in one dish; whisk egg and milk in another.
  4. Coat each chicken piece in the flour mix, dip in the egg mix, then back to the flour for a second coat.
  5. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain cooked chicken on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Toss the hot chicken with sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
