  3. Combine ingredients: Mix drained zucchini with egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, and black pepper.
  4. Prepare the baking sheet: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
