Steps
  1. Start by placing three to four boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Carefully pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring each piece is coated.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Once cooking is complete, shred the chicken in the crockpot with two forks.
  6. Mix in a generous dollop of sour cream and stir until blended, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
