  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Dark chocolate chips can be used for a less sweet option.
  • 8 oz Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Bark Use your favorite chocolate bars or bark.
Crunch
  • 2 cups Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts Unsalted peanuts can be used for a milder taste.
Festive Touch
  • 1 cup Sprinkles Optional for decoration.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or using a crockpot liner.
  2. Line two baking sheets with silpat liners or wax paper.
  3. Add broken white chocolate almond bark to the prepared crockpot.
  4. Layer salted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and chocolate bar pieces over the white chocolate.
  5. Cover crockpot and cook on low for one hour.
  6. After one hour, gently stir the mixture to combine all ingredients.
  7. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto prepared baking sheets to form clusters.
  8. Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
