- Gather your food processor, measuring cups, and a spatula to make blending easy. Ensure your ripe avocados are halved, pitted, and scooped out into a mixing bowl.
- Place the scooped avocado, unsweetened cacao powder, unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the food processor. Secure the lid and set it to medium speed.
- Turn the food processor to high speed and blend for about 30 seconds. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- Continue blending for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely creamy and silky.
- Taste the pudding and decide if you’d like to adjust the sweetness or thickness. Add more maple syrup for sweetness or a splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency.
