Ingredients

Pudding Ingredients
  • 2 whole Ripe Avocados Ensure they're very ripe for the best texture.
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cacao Powder Packed with antioxidants; cocoa powder can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Adjust for desired consistency; swap with coconut milk if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup Try sugar-free maple syrup for a lower sugar option.
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract Enhances flavor, can be omitted.
  • 1 pinch Salt Elevates sweetness and balances flavors.

Equipment

  • Food Processor
  • measuring cups
  • spatula

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your food processor, measuring cups, and a spatula to make blending easy. Ensure your ripe avocados are halved, pitted, and scooped out into a mixing bowl.
  2. Place the scooped avocado, unsweetened cacao powder, unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the food processor. Secure the lid and set it to medium speed.
  3. Turn the food processor to high speed and blend for about 30 seconds. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  4. Continue blending for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture is completely creamy and silky.
  5. Taste the pudding and decide if you’d like to adjust the sweetness or thickness. Add more maple syrup for sweetness or a splash of almond milk for a thinner consistency.
  6. Once satisfied with the flavor and texture, serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for later use.
