Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F. Pulse 16 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with 4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Step 2: Melt 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder in a saucepan. Whisk in 2/3 cup of dark brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 3 tablespoons of flour. Pour over cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Step 3: Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush 6 Oreo cookies and mix with cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt, and melted butter. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
