Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash 3-4 ripe bananas, then add the rolled oats, applesauce, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
  3. Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin papers.
  4. Pour the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
