Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, mash 3-4 ripe bananas, then add the rolled oats, applesauce, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin papers.
- Pour the mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
