Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef and cook for about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and let it cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
  3. To soften the wraps, microwave them covered with a damp paper towel for about 20-30 seconds until warm, or heat in a skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
  4. Lay each wrap flat, spread the prepared sauce, add seasoned beef, and top with lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of each wrap, roll tightly, and toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden. Slice in half and serve hot.
