- In a medium bowl, combine plain Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, pickle juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add lean ground beef and cook for about 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Mix in Worcestershire sauce and let it cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
- To soften the wraps, microwave them covered with a damp paper towel for about 20-30 seconds until warm, or heat in a skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
- Lay each wrap flat, spread the prepared sauce, add seasoned beef, and top with lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions if desired.
