  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it.

  3. Add the eggs, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
