Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray an 8x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced onion, garlic, and mushrooms; sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of flour and seasoning; cook for 30-60 seconds. Gradually add 1 cup of skim milk and ½ cup of chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
