- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir thoroughly for about 2–3 minutes until well-blended and sticky.
- Gradually add the cocoa powder, continuing to stir until completely incorporated over 1–2 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded portions of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown and centers are slightly soft.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
