- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake frozen chicken tenders on a baking sheet for 18–20 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning and cumin for the dressing. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté thawed corn for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Slice cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized strips.
- On a tortilla, spread dressing, then layer lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to secure the fillings, slice in half if desired.
- Serve with chips and salsa for a complete meal.
