Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 12 ounces Crispy Chicken Tenders Use frozen or leftover homemade chicken
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Substitute with gluten-free if desired
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce Can swap with other greens like spinach
  • 2 cups Tomatoes Substitute with pico de gallo for zest
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn Fresh corn can be used if in season
  • 1 can Black Beans Drain and rinse before using
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise Can be replaced with sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Salsa Use your favorite variety
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Can replace with water or omit
  • 1 teaspoon Taco Seasoning Store-bought or homemade
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Can be omitted if necessary
For Extra Flavor
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for spice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil Any vegetable oil can be used

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake frozen chicken tenders on a baking sheet for 18–20 minutes until golden.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, salsa, taco seasoning and cumin for the dressing. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté thawed corn for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Slice cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized strips.
  5. On a tortilla, spread dressing, then layer lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly to secure the fillings, slice in half if desired.
  7. Serve with chips and salsa for a complete meal.
