Method
 

Making the Salad
  1. Combine 1 cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup of honey in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add 10 ounces of fresh baby spinach. Slice 3 cups of fresh strawberries and add along with 1 cup of blueberries. Crumble in 1/3 cup of feta cheese and toss gently.
  3. Divide the salad into bowls and top with 1 cup of chopped pecans. Drizzle with balsamic dressing just before serving.
