  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Teriyaki Seasoning Optional.

  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice Microwave pouch for convenience.
For Toppings
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro Substitute with green onions if desired.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting your jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and optional Sweet Teriyaki seasoning. Marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Preheat your skillet to medium heat, aiming for around 400°F. Drizzle in a tablespoon of your chosen cooking oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated shrimp and all the marinade to the griddle. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. While shrimp cooks, prepare the Jasmine rice in a microwave pouch or on the griddle. Cook until fluffy and heated through, breaking apart clumps as needed.
  5. To serve, scoop rice into each bowl, top with shrimp, avocado, cilantro, and lime wedges. Add any extra sauces to customize.
