  • 1 teaspoon paprika can use smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or any neutral oil

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for 20-Minute Air Fryer Crispy Tofu
  1. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place it on a plate. Stack heavy items on top to extract excess moisture for 15 minutes.
  2. Unwrap the tofu and slice it into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine tofu cubes with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place coated tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute before serving.
