Prepare the Crust

Bake the Crust

Make the Filling
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, and turmeric. Heat over medium-high for 5-10 minutes, whisking constantly until thickened.
Pour the Filling
- Once thickened, pour the filling into the cooled tart crust and smooth the surface evenly.
Chill to Set
- Cover the tart with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set. For best results, chill overnight.
Decorate and Serve
- Before serving, let the tart sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Optionally, top with whipped cream and fresh berries. Slice and enjoy chilled.
