  • 2 tablespoons Honey adjust based on preference

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Iced Tea
  1. Begin by boiling 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it's steaming. Add black tea bags or loose leaf tea, steep for 3 minutes, remove tea bags, mix in honey until fully dissolved and let it cool completely.
  2. While the tea is cooling, cut the ripe mango into small pieces. Place mango pieces into a blender with 0.5 cups of water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mango mixture through a fine mesh sieve to provide a smoother texture.
  4. Fill glasses with ice, pour in the cooled tea until about two-thirds full.
  5. Top off each glass with smooth mango nectar, creating a layered effect.
  6. Slice fresh mango and place atop servings. Optionally add a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
