- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10.5 x 15.5-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.

- Once the bars have cooled completely, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
