Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by shredding the kataifi into small pieces for an even texture. In a medium skillet, melt a generous amount of butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the kataifi, stirring continuously for about 5 to 7 minutes until it turns golden brown and crispy.
- While the kataifi is still warm, add tahini and pistachio butter directly into the skillet, mixing well until every strand of kataifi is thoroughly coated.
- Wash the fresh strawberries under cool running water and pat them dry. Carefully hull the strawberries to remove the stems, then slice each berry in half.
- In individual serving cups, start layering the dessert by spooning a generous amount of the kataifi mixture into the bottom. Add a layer of halved strawberries, followed by a drizzle of melted chocolate.
- For the final flourish, drizzle more melted chocolate over the assembled dessert cups and sprinkle with crushed pistachios or edible gold flakes. Let the cups set for about 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Notes
Serve fresh for the best texture and taste. Avoid freezing to maintain the kataifi's crispiness.
