Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the skillet by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then toss in the chopped cabbage and carrots, sautéing for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for an additional minute.
  5. Return the cooked ground chicken to the skillet, mix in coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
