  • 1 cup Blue Candy Melts Substitute with white chocolate if unavailable
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or Coconut Oil Used to melt candy melts
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar No substitutions necessary
  • 1 cup Red Candy Melts Substitute with milk chocolate for different taste
  • 1 cup Yogurt Covered Pretzels Regular pretzels work as a salty alternative
  • 1 cup M&Ms Any chocolate candy can be used
  • 1 cup Yogurt Covered Raisins Can swap with regular raisins or dried cranberries

Method
 

Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Melt the blue candy melts with butter or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments.
  2. Place powdered sugar in a large Ziploc bag and lay out parchment paper for cooling.
  3. Pour Rice Chex into the melted blue candy and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer blue-coated Chex to the Ziploc bag, seal, and shake to coat with powdered sugar.
  5. Spread the Chex on parchment paper to cool for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Repeat the process with red candy melts and another cup of Rice Chex.
  7. Combine blue and red-coated Chex in a mixing bowl with pretzels, M&Ms, and yogurt-covered raisins.
  8. Serve your festive snack mix in a bowl and enjoy!
